All those rig tender times tell me is that because there has got to be a rig tender standing of the rig at all times.The rig tenders in the portland time table are traveling back and forward from rig probobly with casing.Also it is my firm belief that if that rig is still sitting there in the morning they are not out there playin ring a round the rosy. Wind speed 5k at the moment in portland and there is a front moving across the bight i would say it willbe there tomorrow so if they want the legs up they got to do it today .
