why would rescape maintain majority interest if they thought it was a dud? In fact they raised less than half of what they should have and like less than a third what they could have. They are trying to retain as much ownership as possible.
prior history of the assets is well documented also why they failed.
yes this is a high risk endeavour, yes they might fail. But most mining multi baggers have that in common.
