I just spoke to ANZ and they told me to put the money in their account and fill out the form and they will do it on my behalf. is that a better way to get this done? they said in that way it will show purchase price and all the details. thoughts?
They also ask me to sign the form to say you are happy to participate in the SPP for this amount etc but I can't see it on the form??
