WHC- debt killed the result. NHC doesn't have the same issue. A lot of new time share traders in the ASX these days (20k super money). I would say many have thought that NHC will have a similar result, when they report, hence the sell off in NHC today. Coal will be a survival of the fitness scenario over the next 12 months. Or maybe i should say low costs low debt companies will be the only ones left. Got my last fill of NHC today, missed the low but a nice parcel at 1.245 Nice holding in my passive income fund now. Will await the cyclical rebound in 1 - 2 years and possibly trim on the Acland approval boost coming.
