I assume the DOCA would include a lot of exepmtions a, unknown snd inconclusive details simply as I don't believe there will be accurate trustworthy historical records for audit but ??? never know and DOCA may be based and trust prior audit as OK?

What is the state of any of the loose partnerships they were involved in?

Top 50 shareholders would be interesting as well showing changes over last 2 years?

Just what assets were sold / bought , who to and at what price and what independent valuation over last 3 years? Algae stock, technology, machinery etc etc - any exist, any sold and transferred to old company owners and disclosure of such?

Was $ ever received ?

What defaulted and what with covenants defaulted etc?

All this involves time an d$ to investigate so it won't really happen?

I suspect this one is not for relisting as there is cleaner shells but you never know it depends on if given a clean bill of health by officials and just if someone has something they want to back into shell assuming nothing is left in it?.
