Macquarie has outperform although it downgraded target price from $6 to $5.50
BVS didn't seem to have much if any organic growth and relied on acquisitions and considering the extra shares on issue for the next year with expected flat growth and the tax benefit unwinding it will possibly have around .15 - .16 EPS which means even at around $3.5 the P/E is over 20 with little or no growth so not so sure why sentiment is for such a great buy.....seems to be a little more on hope than actual guidance but I suppose that is what makes the market....
