Glad to see some of the posters picking the issue up and querying the management - it is, again, half an announcement. Yes, important - the offtake agreements out of the way and I was one who thought they would have trouble providing a home for their Cerium. However the announcement does not advise that all conditions precedent to drawdown are finalised. Nor does it say they are not - but it would be useful to know what CP is actually outstanding - to me it is clearly more than just a customary banking cp.
Equally, good recent support from directors, so probably under control.
