It all totally depends on what they value the IPO at.
How many shares they try to raise at what price.
If they value the IPO at $15m, on a per share basis for DDD it adds .0015 to every share (approx).
Obvs if that price rises once listed, then that value appreciates.

Those calcs assume that the 30% in the new entity are divvied up evenly among DDD shareholders on a per share basis.

Personally if they get it done quickly and it adds that much value, with potential upside, its adds value a lot quicker than what exploring it themselves, after a probable large diluting would be capable of.
