I understand that this deal seems to be a total sell out to long term IGC shareholders, but I am happy to buy in today - even if the terms of the deal end up around this price we can see anywhere from 35 - 40 cps in the merger/takeover - I am happy with a buy at 26c and a sell for cash at around that level. A 30 - 40% return for a few months hold sounds good to me.
Sorry for those who seem to have been absolutely shafted by this deal - I understand the sell down by unhappy shareholders and still see some issues, but at this price, it seems the risk is lowered substantially.
