I would bank a years Free cash flow to make sure I could definitely do as I projected then enter a financing arrangement for whatever the rest of the cost is to build the glass plant. I have 100% ownership of the factory and who i want to sell it to and the market can determine the sales price (which would be much more than the raw material). Once running then start paying dividends.
