when you do a sell order you got 2 options.. one being for the day and it cancels your sell order if not executed or the other option is good until canceled.. so your order will stay there in the list over time..
20m shares selling at .006 is 120K ... this is not big.. its like 2m at 6c or 200k at 60c ...
on any positive news cycle this will be taken out in a gulp imo.
