Avarice67 the volume of meaningless VPG posts whom I blame on Murdok have increased 4 fold this week so the interesting fundamental discussion has been diluted with jibber-jabber.

I sold some VPG at 10c yesterday to cash up and in line with my strategy to keep selling past 8c from my average of 5.1/5.2. still holding a little over 600000 of them

Mate you deserve all the praise you get on the BEC thread, I've been going through your recent posts as well to see what else you're looking at :) as I want to diversify my REIT exposure. Agree with your comments on property valuations, also like to add that IMO investors further discount these in this current market making REIT’s even more attractable for punters.

Still calling 20c but won’t be until half yearlies or another unexpected announcement, my call is 9’s to low teens with no correlation to the DOW or ALL ORDS to continue until then...
