Yeh you are.
Late July AEF announced they sold off a lot of shares (i.e. SYC gave them heads up to dump into the COVID announcement).
26th of August they ASX announce cease to be substantial shareholder (5% threshold) due to dilution from the SPP.
27th of August they ASX announce they are once again a substantial shareholder (>5%) with purchases dated from the 25th of August - with an average buy price of 5.5 cents. They sure as hell didn't buy on market at 5.5 cents, and yet somehow they acquired these shares BEFORE the placement was even announced?
ASX and ASIC I hope you wake up.
