What makes you think the big Instos want to sell
out of this stock? Macquarie holds around 8% with
an option to increase holdings to 14%. Perennial
Asset Management has been gradually increasing
it’s holdings to over 11%. They invest in micro caps
and small companies that they assess as undervalued
with strong long term growth potential. Turnover in this
company is in the vicinity of circa 1-2 million shares p/d.
Probably a traders paradise for quick profits given the
current low price means you can purchase a lot and
quickly flip. My opinion is this stock is very tightly held,
there’s not been many available to purchase this week
in comparison to total available and shorts are circa
3 million. Debt is very low. Sooner or later when EVS lands
some serious contracts the market will rerate this company.
When that happens and it’s share price stabilises at
around 50 cents it’s market cap will be around 500 mill.
By then EVS will start to capture more of the market’s
attention and you will be a genius for seeing the company’s
potential well before the rest of the market did. ATM EVS
lacks sex appeal unlike Afterpay but it’s bound to capture
the markets attention at some stage down the track but
it’s going to take a little more time. Results tmrw let’s see
what Mr Market thinks then. The AFR had an article mid
Jan in regards to Macquarie being on board and indicated
other Instos may start showing some interest and investigating
why Macquarie shows up as a major holder. Incidentally you
could have picked up at 16cents today, 4 cents below the CR
price earlier in the year when people were happy to pay 20 cents
for a significant company changing acquisition, cheers and GLTAH
