if king tides of today show where the ocean will be permanantly when sea levels rise, then the king tides of those years onwards will sure be kick-as'

it will be interesting if land title gets amended once this sea levels rise (till now, if the sea claims your land then you lose title). if i had a choice of putting up a house on big stilts on property i had just paid off, or just walking away, i'd be tempted to stay. at least you wouldn't have to mow the lawn.
