Not only have they maintained their total holding, they have helped in the CR and, in any case, AEF will be limited by their own rules about how big a holding they can have in any one asset.
To participate in the CR they likely had to sell down part of their large holding. Further, if the SP of PTX makes any large increase they may have to sell down again to keep within their limits as a proportiuon of their total assets.
I would not take too much notice of the rubbish that you read on HC.
