Tax is 68 m$ which is due in mid 2010. I talked to tony so that issue should be clarified. The pending payment of 80 m$ will easily compensate the tax and remaining comission.

Apart from the re- rating due to the cash Backing i can see huge upside coming from:

- cls results which are due any day and forward looking statements re sale to mcc
- sl offtake and infrastructure agreements with the chinese.
- project or company acquisitions which the board discussed last Week.
- more info re convertible loans e.g. Dmc mining 2 m$ convertible loan.
- Takeover by evraz
