    No, probably Thomas Raivet but other alternatives as well.

    RTG Justine Magee has put enormous effort into this. There would be many interested bidders including Chinese.

    i think RTG have the general support by a group / class of locals. How important that is in a newly formed country I don't know.

    I wonder when Ms Magee will venture into Bougainville.
