    The issue isn't about the 1c raise, it's about legal risk and liability.
    After the closing date, after the trading over the past few weeks, etc etc, in theory there was no real dilution, it was a 1:1 rights issue.
    Very unnecessary..

    I've made enquiries about legalities, let's see.
