Not quite. The holes were largely privately funded from personal superannuation funds but there was SA PACE funding as well. These represented the smaller component but the SA DEM have stated that it was the SA PACE funding that made the discovery - not entirely true - contributed, but only in part. Having said that, any grants funds are obviously welcomed.
