kincella, I see where the flaw in your logic is. You think that if something goes up it will keep going up and vice-versa if something goes down it will continue down.
newtothegame, I did not bring it up. Buying at the top of the market is a recipe for disaster, so buying property in the last 2-3 years was not the right move IMO. You property bulls continue post, bet you wish you bought in pre-2000, same difference.
