hi han I agree the news the other night showed a concerned resident in neutral bay pointing to eroded foundations caused by wave action, in the newspaper they also mentioned that a sea wall protecting same block collapsed in September by memory, and had not been replaced, the same thing happened in the uk with clifftop houses falling into the sea the sea wall was not repaired by the council as it considered it to expensive regards nareen.
