I called ASIC to report this ridiculous predicament we are facing at the moment. There has been no news about the suspension and neither does Reeve return any calls (forget about someone answering it). They have requested me to fill out a form so they can start the investigation.
As also requested by the case officer, he has requested all shareholders to do the same so there is a strong case against Reeve and they can take action if they find any wrong doing. Also note down any emails you have sent to Reeve, messages left etc so they can take that into account.
He did mention that the next steps are based on their investigation and what they find, so outcome is to be determined.
I am not sure what the ASEAN team are doing (gone silent after the EGM) but us shareholders dont need to wait.
