Hi Moowee. IMVHO. I don't think so. I suppose it's a possibility if most of the Sh don't vote or didn't access the six part disclosure statement. I think the relatively friendly T/O will be rather routine. There's been no noise as to the opposite. It may be that they just want to get enough people voting to be representative given associated parties can't vote.
IMVHO. If theres a sharp move in CZI prices up or down or volumes that will be a clue.
I've said what I think Brahmin's motivation is: the Caspin shares / holding.
