Your HIN number is the same for all stocks you own so you can find it on another document. It usually (always?) starts with 'X'. Then go to the Automic website and add your bank and email details for MDI. You will either have to register for an account on Automic, or just log in if you already have other stocks with them. Use the HIN and stock ticker code to register/login.
