    In this market you need to think ahead of the crowd. If you stay one of the crowd you are doomed to failure.
    If you smelled smoke in a nightclub would you prefer to be the first to leave or the last. Even if a false alarm the first guy lives, c.f. hate to be the last guy if it is true.
