nttg,,,think you will find sqm article was before the interest rate cut in Oct...since then another 2 cuts...and they covered both sides of the argument.....but the heading screamed...sensationalism.... just another one making money not in realestate...but in selling reports about realestate..... **if he was so good at real estate investing....why does he need to sell another service ?????? I mean why would you bother.....unless you were no good at it...or your job is just selling information anyway
