In the past most announcements have been after trade i.e. 15/1/2009 close & in several cases a day or 2 later.
They never seem to come at the start of a trading session, i.e. tommorrow morning. But guess I could be wrong on this one.
Again a few posters ramping CNP/CER with outrageous calls. Its the surprise announcements that really move stocks, not the ones confirming previously announced facts.
Every holders of CNP/CER has an expected idea of what could happen, so unless an surprise event occurs in the announcement, what new facts are there on CER?
If CNP shareholders don't like dilution part of announcement when fully explained, CNP could easily drop back abit. As stated previously I am prepared to deal in CER rather than CNP because of this issue.
