Who cares whether or not RC sold some of his shares at one time or another - he is as entitled as the rest of us to make money from his stocks. I agree that the paperwork disclosing RC's shares as a director should have been lodged, but this seems to have been an honest mistake/oversight. Besides, it is a pretty small issue compared to the absolutely disgraceful manner in which Duncan Pursell has been running JRV and handing out jobs and company money to himself and his family is totally unacceptable. Duncan Pursell has screwed JRV shareholders one too many times. It is time for him to go. Norm Seckhold is the man for the job and is more likely to lead JRV to better times. Bring on the EGM!
