I've been thinking how immensely clever SI is. Not only in the science but in the way he has set up the trials and also the EAPs.
He has set up MSC trials as a measure of last resort. These are mostly patients for whom all else has failed, steroids, drugs etc and the patient is still going downhill with life expectancy in grave doubt.
Along comes MSB with some MSCs and in a few days most of them just walk out the door.
How could they possibly be denied BLA approval from the FDA?
Just thinkin' out loud . .
