Speaking to a friend who lives in Kent, England. House prices in his area are now down 2/3rds, yes 66% that is not a typo he is thinknig of buying there now..
who says property cant fall 50% lol

i think another 9 - 12 months it will be time to mop up and buy myself a home, just got to work out which suburb i want to live in..
