Shares. I coudn't agree more. As far as I am concerned all religions could all be placed in the basket case of history as it is all mumbo jumbo fit only for those who are unwilling to think for themselves. They can't improve the welfare of their flock in this life so they promise them a better life in the next.
I wouldn't dare to count how many millions have been killed and mutilated over the centuries in the name of religion. But then, if we didn't have religion we would probably kill and maim over some other 'true' ideology or belief, Facism amd Communism come readily to mind.
