There is no target for CER, as Buffett has said before, I think he is right about CER.

Can't do much now with CER now, however I have pre-set to sell CER at $0.125, if the ANN. comes out to be better than everyone expected, I will cancel my sell order and wait (greedy) to sell at a higher price, maybe $.14? Don't know got to play by ear on this one. VPG has been moving between $0.088~$0.10 range lately, so if you have spare cash to burn, may not be a bad idea to play with VPG. I bought more NCM, and RIO today. Also took a position on STO, punting oil would eventually go back up to the $45USD a barrel in the next two weeks. Still believe there should be a small rally coming up leading to the Obama. Dow has been down for the last 7 session.
