I am in a similar position given I have held for a number of years so I’ll just keep holding. There have been numerous swings up and down over that time for the share price. But overall the business keeps kicking goals.
Based on what was reported there is a very good chance of back end catch up and a number of initiatives that will be very good in the long term (eg China).
Appen ran so hard prior to the announcement that nothing less than perfection was going to be acceptable.
