There is no such thing as a proportional force against terrorists.
Look at Mumbai train station,they opened fire on every epeople
to cause maximum number of deaths, 9/11 etc etc etc etc.
The people of Gaza used to giving out sweets and dancing on the streets
to every terrror on Isreal and also 9/11. Karma!!!!!!
