We need to understand what the likely true figures are. YOU have provided a source which has dramatically different figures from others.

I am not saying they are wrong, I am saying I don't know.

I must say I am disturbed by the lack of an office address or phone number.

YOu have this seemingly small operation vs organisations like the RBA, ABS, REIA, CBA, NAB etc.

OK there could be a conspiracy between all these mammoth organisations and maybe the organisation you are choosing to believe (the one that can only be contacted via a mobile phone or through email) is the source of truth but even the most stubborn person would have to say that placing all your faith in the latter is looking a tad shaky.
