You do realise that the government grant is covering the cost to aged care homes for the implementation and first year of PCK. This will be recurring revenue following the
grant funded period. (Assuming 100% retention).
I would treat the grant as income from ordinary activity's tbh.
Sorry to see people sell for a loss, so much upside here.
