harlee, i rang the company before casting my vote, and asked them the percentage of votes that were required for a result. Their comment was interesting is that it also goes by the NUMBER of votes,
so if say 100 people which make up 70% of the registry vote YES
and 2000 people which make up 30% vote NO, the NO's still might get in.
I didnt ask how this worked, but he made it sound like it was no set rule.
So to back up what youre saying, EVERY VOTE COUNTS, even if you hold only 500 shares.
Oh and i did vote NO btw :)
