9c was the previous resistance when IBX first hit 10c and now it has retested 9c which is acting as support. So that tells me the SP will keep floating between 9c to 10c until HREC approval comes through. So for now there isn't much to lose or gain and its all about consolidation at these levels until HREC annoucement which could be anytime in September.
