One of my friends is a linguist who speaks fluent Carnaby cockatoo.. apparently it is well known that in 'ancient carnaby' as they call it, 'tabba tabba' translates to '10x10'. And 'Berghaus' translates to 'bagger'.
So here our Strelley tenement is sitting in the heart of the what the ancient Carnaby refers to as the 'shear 10x10 bagger zone'.
If that's not a sign, I don't know what is.
Disclaimer...... That story is 100% false and just for a bit of humour. I don't actually know anyone that talks fluent Carnaby.
