Thanks for making the effort to get in touch with Steve. Let's see what (if anything) he can tell us. It is somewhat bizarre that many shareholders no longer have much idea what the company is actually doing, apart from paying his (juicy) salary.

See if you can persuade him to update the webpage a bit more often. It took years to actually get one, and now it tells us nothing.
