How many shares on issue will there be after the current capital raising is complete?
By my count, prior to suspension it was 1b (which at a $0.039 share price gave a market cap of $39m). The capital raising adds 1.4b (Institutional) and 2b (Entitlement), which will put shares on issue at 4.4b (which at a $0.025 share price gives a market cap of $110m). How can the company be worth nearly x3 times more now than prior to suspension?
Any advice/comments appreciated.
