    Totally agree with you Dargie, they could have put it into admin back in december.
    Negative NTA might be new for us but I clearly remember back in Nov the ann about not achieving covenants which banks might have interpreted as something wrong with NTA. I believe banks knew about negative NTA and probably that's part of the negotiation.
