Only after reading posts here, I made my decision want Mr Buchan to stay. I'll post form soon.

The matter around Kalahari, Ext and Rio is still a bit confusing to me. It seems that Kalahari had hijacked the EXT board and its chairman, by sending a letter to shareholders to remove it own chairman. The proxy form is already pre-marked for the proposal to remove of Mr. Buchan. The reasons gaven in the letter to remove Mr. Buchan does not convincing me.
