I'm not making a comment about the future prospects of the company.
I like the technology.
I'm bullish on plant based meats but for a moment, look at these two facts:
1. 150m shares were issued on the 24th Aug
2. 151m shares traded hands on the news on the 28th
If you were one of the retail traders buying on the 28th, here's a piece of advice I learned: Understand who is on the other side of your trade.
Look at the volume to the left. Who in their right mind would sell on the day that an awesome announcement came out and cap the price back at 2.5c? Who indeed would be so silly as to sell on that day...
For the silent buyers out there who bought today at 2.6c and higher. I would say this: I don't hold any shares because of the research I did above.
If you believe in the product, the business, the team, that's great.
If you bought because it's going up, do some research on the company, have a think about what I've said. Ask questions. Understand what is happening.
