1) The guy that went down on the first of three shots. - Do you mean the first person to be shot? I am not clear if you are referring to the bald paedo or the skateboarder felon who was the second to be shot. Please clarify and I will respond.

3) As for the video you linked, did check to see if the commentary was factual? - I have watched many other sources which showed the same videos plus some others from different angles, you can see links to them in my earlier posts. It looks like this timeline and this commentary coincide with all other video footage. So far I don't see any deviation
4) Incendiary or a plastic bag? - This is not clear, it could be just water in a plastic bottle but I'd be surprised if police have not gone to that spot and tried to get a sample from the ground or the container
5) The commentary wasn't even close to factual. - Like I said, your choice. Fantasise all you want, the reality will remain the same.
