ok lets get this info thing straight

I ask for flow rates they are either
a) "price sensitive" in which case if they are and the company knows abut it and they must disclose straight away or
b)they aren't price sensitive in which case why is it such an issue to reply along the lines of: current production levels remain at a level of 5mmcf?

either way you should still have a answer to te question its just a case of do you want to answer the question.
In this situation i think most people/ investors would
a)get a reply and then do what you will or
b) not get a reply and get a feeling like there is something going on behind the scenes ?

If you have good news you sing it from the highest mountain if you have bad news you mumble it in a cave.
