At 8cents a share, you are looking at $90M in market cap, at 5cents a market cap of $60M. It's a steal, you will get many opportunities to buy at a discount during COVID. However, post COVID and more importantly post royal commission report into aged care, the chance to buy this company less than $100M market cap will get tougher.

Take a hard look at A2M. I used to own that as well, sold off recently at $18. Bought at $12. There were days where A2M was down for 1 year after I bought it. Granted A2M was gaining recognition as the market leader with revenues and profits. I was still at a loss in my investment and A2M is a very good company. You can still run at a loss in a good company. If you are short term focused you will make a loss, I had to wait 2 years to realise the return. My reasoning for sell-off was that Chinese consumers were willing to try other brands than A2 like Bubs. The market is getting saturated and brand power does not last forever, especially in China.

For Painchek, during market sell-off I was down more than 70%. There will be news-driven announcements but the goal is to focus on the long-term revenue potential. I am happy to sell the stock if I feel management is not accelerating their r&d. However, they are doing a lot of R&D behind the scenes. Homecare pilot (I think of it as R&D), Phillips (delirium trial is defs r&d), Canada regulatory trial (Also r&d).

If you are a trader, it is a great time to get in, or wait for the price to go further down to 8 cents or 5 cents. Those are my price targets to average down from my 10cents to 7cents. I am only buying more when it hits 5 cents. This means my weight will be 10% of the portfolio. I was not planning to buy more, but at 5 cents you are getting a bargain

Although, I doubt it can get to 5 cents as the homecare announcement is right around the corner. A news-driven spike in share price for traders Haters keep on hating, I'll keep on averaging down. There will be fewer bargains in the following quarters. The only worry for me is if the share price explodes, then my weighting could jump by 30%. I would be forced to sell down a portion for diversification.
