At a high level it seems sound to me ( I have only just started going through the last 12months of announcements). Things that make it hard to work out the growth in cases processed is the time it takes to onboard a customer? Be good to know from the moment they sign a deal, how long is the system integration component; the consignment of stock in the various warehouses. The other area that may throw you out could be a faster accelerating of customer signings due to them looking to double the team shortly.

One area that has got me stumped is why they wouldn't create a B2C wine shop where all the brands they sign have a option to be added to that shop. They could personalize it by offering unique videos for the various brands showcasing there respective vineyards, build a new asset (client list) - which would further assist as a selling point to vineyards to list on the shop? Given the skill set around wine, could create special cases of 6;12 of various brands etc.. It should really be sold as a online shop owned by the winemakers; so instead of the heavy margin pass through between merchants and the wine yards; they work on a profit share % arrangement with the winemakers & charge a fixed admin fee a month for website maintenance etc... Just have a look at what Vinemofo is looking to list at...
