    I would also add that the sell off in MONITOR over the past 6 months has been with little to no volume whatsoever.A simple chart will show that wheras speculation prior was seen MONITOR trading tens of millions each day.I believe this will occur in the very near future bringing the sp higher in tune with what MONITOR is sitting on
